Involved is a love letter to those who still write love letters. A podcast about incarcerated people and their loved ones that avoids the sensationalism that many shows about prison lean into. Instead, it shines a light on the day-to-day challenges facing incarcerated people and their loved ones. We created Involved - a fictional story based on true events - with the support of La Tisha’s husband. It was his wish this story be told in a way that included as many stories as possible, and focus on the way the systems and institutions harm people. We hope you get informed, and then get involved.
